The service at Mike Herman & Sons is fast and friendly, and I was in and out in a few minutes. All of my questions were answered quickly and accurately. The material was loaded in my truck while I waited to pay. The garden soil was rich and dark, with no stones or sticks. I will definitely shop here again.

They have topsoil and mulch and gravel there for easy pick up. They have a convenient 1/2 yard bucket for an easy dump in the trailer or 1/2 ton.

Bought six yards of “triple mix” to reseed lawn. Before buying I asked what it was made of and the owner told me it was compost, peat moss, and manure. After a few rains my lawn is now entirely covered in stones. I called and asked the owner about this and suggested he disclose the rock content to customers in the future. He said yea there’s rock in it
